Query issues when sending emails through NetCommunity

We are seeing an increase in issues with NetCommunity emails, particularly regarding the load times of queries and the increased number of emails that fail. We had been using this same query for a few years now for our newsletter and have discovered in the last year that the processing time to deploy the email has increased from 1 hour to 3 hours, and most recently, it has timed out and failed to process at all.


Any recommendations for the query or ways that I can test how long it will take to process before actually trying to deploy the email?
