Error of Record Does Not Exist for PhoneImpID

Hi everyone,

I'm importing new records with multiple phones/emails, and I'm getting the error of "Record Does Not Exist" for Phone Import ID for some records. I am doing a test import with 4 records which have up to 3 Phones each to import. Some records only have one Phone to import, and others have 2 or all 3. I think it's hanging up on the records that don't have all 3 Phones populated. 


I've double checked the Field Extensions to make sure they match. 

I entered my own Phone Import IDs to just the records that had 2nd and 3rd Phones, and got the above error.

I also tried it with the Phone Import ID blank to let the system enter them. I then got the error "Record Does Not Exist" for Phone Type.


Is it possible to import records that have some of these Phone fields blank?

You selected "Import New Records," correct?  When they moved phones off address records I think it created some issues.

Yes, I selected Import New Records. Thanks for the link, I had seen that one and tried to follow their sample database, but it's still not working. I'll submit to support and see if it's something connected to the Address Import fields, (though we are hosted so it shouldn't be an issue). Ah, the joys of Import!
