Is there a way to reverse an erroneously exported transaction?  I deleted it from the batch because it was not on the Disbursement Detail Report - but when it DOES show up, right now it is no longer in the Transactions list.

    Hi Shannon Nilsson‍ - You will need to contact BB Support; they will be able to re-send the donation into the OLX Transaction Download window.  While speaking/chatting with them it will be helpful for them if you have access to transaction information listed in your BBMS Account. 


    Moving forward, I would recommend you keep all transactions that come through OLX and reconcile with the BBMS distribution reports after the gifts are committed to the database.
