Crystal Reports Overflow Error

Options
I've run into an issue that I can't seem to get around. I created a new report in Crystal which works fine outside of RE Custom Reports - I can run the export file (.MDB) to my server, open the report up in Crystal Reports and refresh the data and all works fine. When running the process through Custom Reports (same export and .rpt file) I get an error "Overflow" upon hitting the preview button. The report only has 29 records being exported - it's not huge. Our database is self-hosted.

I've tried the following
  • run report from dominant monitor only (I have no idea why this is still a problem)
  • Increased Virtual Memory
  • Shortened the paths for the files (I recall that at one point it was be a problem if the path names for the files were too long)
Due to COVID-19 we have a new method of accessing RE which involves logging into VPN and using a Remote Desktop Application to access RE. I'm wondering if this could be the issue, however, other Custom Reports work fine - including new ones that have been adding during this time of Remote Access.

Any help or ideas are appreciated!
