Formatting Problem: Text not aligning with photo in email

Hi there,


I'm creating an email via OLX and in the template I'm inserting columns with photos and text next to them. Before I schedule emails to go out, I always send a test to myself and my colleagues however, the text doesn't align with the photo (See below). This doesn't appear to be the case when I'm in OLX designing the email. 





Any assistance on how to fix this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Victoria Queyquep‍. I think this is probably a quirk in how the email client you happen to use is rendering email HTML. Our goal with the Online Express email editor has always been that we'll do the work of correcting for weird quirky behavior like that so you don't have to chase it down. If you wouldn't mind sharing what type of computer or device you were on and what email client (e.g. Outlook, Outlook.com, Gmail, etc.) you were using when you received the test (ideally including the version as well), we'll add this to our to-do list to look into.

I'm using my office laptop and it's a 2015 HP EliteBook 850. I sent the test to Outlook and I believe it is the 2013 version.
