RE NXT Export - Soft Credit

Hello,


Does anyone know if it's possible to export Soft Credit information beyond just the name of the soft credit associated with a gift? Specifically, I'm looking to add "Addressee," "Salutation," and "Address." Any and all insight is much appreciated. Thanks!

I believe we can make that work. You'll need to process that in Export. I would imagine you'll need a Constituent Export or a Gift Export. Just depends on what you plan to do with the information.


While in Export, you'll be able to add Addressee, Salutation, and Address fields to your list. Take a look at the "2. Output" tab. Look under the "Available Fields to Export" list. For a Constituent Export, it's pretty straightforward. In a Gift Export, you'll need to expand the Constituent "section" to see the Addressee/Salutation and Address sub-sections.


Just a note, with a Constituent Export, you may need a Query to help bring the right people into the Export. With a Gift Export, you can probably just go right from Export and won't need a Query. Again it all depends on what type of report you're looking for.
