Classes to take for Mail

I completed my RE Fundamentals courses in December of 2019 and passed the RE Fundamentals 2020 Certification Exam yesterday. I'm starting to take over acknowledgments for my organization. We don't do a lot of other mailing because our overall organization has a newsletter that we are included in with big color page spreads for appeals and campaigns.

Has anyone taken any of the RE Mail classes and have insight into what I should take given the scope of my job?

RE: Efficient Mail Communications is the prerequisite for the others, so I'll do that first, but is my instinct right that I would only need RE: Database Configuration for Successful Mailings and not the course about Segmentation?

Your instincts are spot on! I would recommend starting with RE: Efficient Mail Communications. Then to make sure you understand all of the details, sign up for RE: Database Configuration for Successful Mailings. The Optimizing Mail with Segmentation class is nice if you want to send out targeted communications to a variety of audiences! We offer those classes on a pretty regular basis
