Formating inserted signature

I am getting ready to email a follow up solicitation via OLX and have added a signature but the spacing around the image is too much. How do I make look right? Also, I how do I change line space (name & title are double spaced). Also have the same issue in NXT so suggestions for that would be helpful too. My database admin isn't sure which product will be best for this so I created in both. Thanks in advance. Sheryl
