Online Express Unresponsive

Is anyone else having issues with Online Express being unresponsive today?  We are hosted.  When I select OLX from my main RE menu, it is taking the system several minutes to respond and then I receive an error message saying the operation has timed out.  When I click on OK to exit from the error, it brings up my OLX dashboard but my box for downloading transactions shows as 0.   I know that I have a significant number of donations pending that should be showing up here; I can see them when I select the option to View Transaction History.  


I have been waiting a while in an attempt to contact support so thought I would throw it out here to find out if anyone else is having similar issues.

Hi Sherri, I have not been able to get into Online Express all afternoon.  I get an error message of it timing out and same here, shows 0 transactions when there are several....

Veronica, thank you for letting me know.  They are obviously having a system error then.  I will just be patient.

OK, there is an incident report here https://status.blackbaud.com/incidents/pk7gytwtkjjm but it says it was resolved 3 hours ago.  I have reached out in chat to report it as not being resolved.
