LImiting Year Options for a Date Field

Hello! I am looking to limit a specific date field (for a participant question) to only include the current year and next five years. Is this possible?

What form is this on? Have a link?


Maybe use a multiple choice/single response field if its a survey. You could also year change the options using a little bit of javascript if there is no other option in admin.

HI Brian Mucha‍ - It is a participant type question, and is set up as a date field. I think we will the field alone for now, and if registrants are confused with the number of years available we will try to change it then.
