Dashboard/Insight Functionality Matching Raiser's Edge Dashboard

Is there a push for this to happen? I am actually surprised that there are graphs and dashboard pieces I can create in Raiser's Edge that I cannot reproduce in the Dashboard/Insight Designer.

I cannot produce a count of gifts tied to assigned solicitor with the additional total. It would be great if I could count and total only gifts over a specified amount.
