Dirtying records in LO

Hi,

Has anyone used the new tool released in April to allow for dirtying records in bulk through the plugin? See https://www.blackbaud.com/files/support/helpfiles/relo/relo_integration.html#nf-April2019.html

I'd like to know if, when it dirties the records, they all have to then be imported through the plugin to correct the connection problem.
