Workday implementation and Blackbaud CRM

UBC is in the process of implementing Workday with the Financials system scheduled to go-live first.  We are planning, assessing the impact, and cataloging the transformations in our old chart of accounts and financial workflows to the new, Workday-specific, GL coding and financial processes.  We're further reviewing the areas that we want to design process-improvements and enhancements to CRM based on efficiencies or capabilities that Workday can deliver.
