NetCommunity for 5K run event

Has anyone used BBNC to create an online registration form for a 5K and 1 mile run? Our team is trying to determine the best way to set this up to capture which run the participate is interested in (5K or 1M), t-shirt size (we offer a performance option and cotton option in addition to youth and adult sizes), additional donations (because its a worthy charity), team registrations and a tribute gift option. Additionally, we need to include a waiver that must be signed/read by the participant and offer the option to register multiple participants but only enter credit card information once. Can anyone help?

Our organization has gone with event registration forms. You can specify the different race categories via Event Units, including teams via the number of participants per unit.  T-Shirt sizes can be done via participant attributes, with a table of the shirt sizes in RE. For a waiver/acknowledgment, we have another page with a basic text and images part that will have the correct link to proceed to the registration page. Clicking on the link acknowledges the waiver. Credit card info should still be entered only once. Hope this helps.
