Online Express Activation

I am attempting to activate Online Express. It is prompting me to create a BBMS account but I have already did this so how do I bypass this part? If I click NEXT it just tells me I need to create a BBMS account but doesn't give me the option of putting in that info. HELP!

Hi Candy - I would contact support regarding this question.  On a side note, make sure you are in the Supervisor Account for your database, not to be confused with an account with Supervisor rights, when linking in/setting up a BBMS/BBPS account for OLX.

Thank you. I finally got someone on support to help me. Even when I was signed on as Supervisor it wasn't working correctly. There was an issue with our account.
