I am also having this issue!

     We made some changes to the sponsorship levels and they are previewing correctly but the java script is not displaying our updates. Is this a temporary issue?

Kara - I would recommend reaching out to support regarding this issue.  It is always troubling when the changes you make on the form are not saved.  


Moriah - I would try clearing your cookies and saved images in the browser you are using.  This should update the information for your view of the form so that you are able to see the changes.

Jennifer Forbes‍ - Are you tried logging in under another user account and seeing if that makes a difference in your ability to save changes to your form?

I just had this issue the same day as you.  Through a BB case I learned it usually takes 30 minutes to an hour for changes to show on a form.  Our website auto-refreshes every hour, so that can add to the delay.  BB had me recopy the script and add it to the web page again (even though the script did not change).  Doing this causes an immediate refresh to the page (good to know if you need it in a hurry).
