Mapping Feature in CRM

UA found the OOB mapping feature lacking so we started a project to add custom parameters to it to help prospect identification and reporting. The project was successful but did not push it to production as the workflow of Map -> selection -> research list was cumbersome. Reporting Services and PowerBI provided a better user experience.
