Need Help w/ Email Signup

Hello! I am working on adding email signup functionality to an existing form in NetCommunity. Can somebody help?


Problem is: Current form fields (first name, last name, email, user inputted message) don't sync w/ Raiser's Edge


I tried to create a new email signup form, but I couldn't add an optional field for "message"


Any thoughts on how to make this work?? Thank you! I'm new to working w/ NetCommunity. Also, I don't have access to Raiser's Edge and I don't think it's possible to add any new attributes and/or edit the Raiser's Edge side, at all.
