I'm signing on to NXT for the first time (live) and am trying to access Online Express on the database view. How do I find my Online Express ID?

It sounds like you're asking how to click on the Online Express module (from the left hand side "menu" bar) because you can't get it to do anything or it doesn't show up for you?  If I'm right, then your database admin has to go into the module and give you access through the Account, then Integration Options then Security.

Thank you for your reply...apparently, the issue has something to do with the fact that I enabled Online Express in the Test Environment (before we migrated to live). Blackbaud Support is researching a fix.

Perhaps this will help someone else in the same situation.
