Sending same email to multiple lists in OLX

Is it possible to send an OLX email to more than one list? I ask because I'm trying to work around the problem that OLX cannot add email records to RE if the list is bigger than about 800. I'm trying to break up the list into pieces it can handle. But I don't really want to create the same email 4 times in order to have lists small enough to be able to add data to RE, get a list of bounces, and the list of opt-outs. This has been going on for months and I'd sure like to have constituent records reflect what I sent them. That was part of why we migrated from Mail Chimp to OLX.

Hi Vicki - You may need to contact support about this issue.  My organization routinely sends emails to over 10,000 constituents at a time and we are easily able add the email response data back into constituent records after the email has been delivered.  Once an email has been sent, you can view hard bounces and opt-outs in the "Unusable Emails" area, and open a constituent record by clicking on the email listed to view the record and/or complete record updates in addition to the automated consent record updates through OLX.

Thanks Austen. I agree it should work. I've contacted support but they still have not fixed it. They didn't tell me I was "special" - they said it was a problem they were working on. 


If I use a smaller list I can get the data back into RE. But 1,600 is too much. Yup, you send 5 times as many and it works for you.

That is rough! I am so sorry this is happening to you! I hope support fixes the problem soon. 


Just an idea... because you already have to divide your email lists into segments to get the 800 max emails, you could segment your constituents by these amount constrains and send emails that speak to each specific audience. Not a solution, but since you are already doing the work...

Yes, I thought
about segmenting – at the very least to see if there’s a difference
in open rate, for instance.
