Mission & Objectives:

The mission of the Blackbaud CRM Higher Education Product Advisory Group (HE -PAG) Data Hygiene Sub-Committee is to build greater confidence and trust in CRM data at our institutions by working with each other and Blackbaud to share best practices inside and outside of CRM and BBDW for data hygiene, including organizational models for data governance and strategies for best practices in data validation, updates and quality control. The sub-committee will:

• Examine specific processes, validations steps, queries or other technical solutions
• Advise Blackbaud on ways in which Blackbaud services and CRM can enable greater data integrity
• Provide each other with communication strategies and documents to share with end users
