Online express email notifications

Does anyone know why the email for when someone has registered for an event does not show up in my emails?  I can see the persons name in the online event to verify but nothing comes to my email so I can print out the information of what they want

As Mergen advises, make sure first that your own email is included in the "Thank You's" notifications page of the form set-up window. If that is the case, and you are still having problems, consider whitelisting BlackBaud's IP addresses as a trusted sender in your firewall/email system: see this BlackBaud resource for a complete listing of BB IP addresses.

Ours appear to have stopped working as well. We received no notifications over the weekend, when we have always received them before - on the same donation forms and same event registration pages.

We are not receiving event notification emails as well. We have troubleshooted appropriately.

Its a crap shoot.  Lately we have been receiving the event
notification email.    I have worked with Tashemah
Gadsden regarding this if that helps at all.  The problem has
not been our end.
