Is there a way to email event participants to send something like an event reminder?

Yes SheryAnne,  you can do that.  We use it all the time.  Bascially, you build your email in Email Marketing within On-line Express.  Then set up a query with all event attendees and use that query as your email list.  It's that simple.

Just remember that you are limited to 3 query types:  Constituent, Individual, & Organization.

I'm wondering how to do the same thing.  We collected emails for all participants and their guests, but some of the guests are not constituents.  How do I include them in the email reminder?  Does anyone have an easy answer here?

I would send the email to those who are constituents, and ask them to pass the information on to their guests. We've done that in the past with event day schedules, etc.
