Four Pages of PDF to a Donor File in Raiser's Edge

I am trying to add a PDF file to a donor's record in Raiser's Edge, but unfortunately, only page one uploads to the donor's record.  Can anyone help?  Thank you.

Are you sure it's only one page?  Or do you only see one page in the preview window?  What happens when you try to fully open the PDF document?

I have saved and closed the file and when I re-open I only see page one and I have four pages.  How do I see all four pages?

When you preview the document in Media, it will only show one page, and it will be semi-garbled and hard to read. If you double-click inside that preview window, it will open the full PDF using your PDF viewer (Adobe Reader, generally). In this full view, the PDF is perfectly readable, and includes all pages.

I always use the "display as Icon" when adding media, so it will open in a new window instead of trying to read it from inside the media tab window.

Like Elaine, I always use the display as an icon option - that seems to be cleaner and work better.
