Reminders for Reports!!

I wish we could create a pop up box for reports to remind a person to change Titles on the report or remember to add different appeals if there are new ones...:( I always forget to change the Titles

I love this!  We should put it into the Ideas Bank.  In the meantime, I have found it to be somewhat useful to put that in the description, when I can.  It does catch my eye there most of the time.
