Source code in Link is Overriding ecommerce Store Cross Reference in Convio, but not in offline database

We have an ecommerce cross reference in place, and we recently sold concert tickets, using a unique source code in the link. The source code shows up properly in the ecommerce gifts by source code report, but when the data is passed to our offline database - Team Approach - only the general ecommerce cross reference shows up in place of the link source code. Does anyone know where the data is getting lost?
