Problems using Widgets

Hello,

We have just deployed with TR, and in our prototype testing the widgets worked fine. Now that we are live, we are getting this error message when we click the Accept button and try to use them: "You must be registered for this event to sign up" even though we are logged in and registered - any idea what is happening there?

The widgets are on individual's Participant Center pages, so you would have to register in order to see one. The URL for the TR page is - Kay

You're not going to love this answer.

The widget campaign needs to be associated with a specific TeamRaiser, so you would need to create a different widget campaign for each of the TeamRaisers that you have. The 3 that you have created are not connected to a specific TeamRaiser, so they are failing for all of them. I know that this would be untenable for the large number of TeamRaisers that you have. I'm going to let the product manager know about this one.

In the interim, I'd suggest picking 10 or so of your larger events to at least get a test of the impact that the widgets can have and set them up for just those TeamRaisers.
