Multiple participant types under one price type

Hi! I'm new to OLX and am currently setting up our 2018 Golf Tournament. My question is that varying sponsorships include different participant types - for example a "Platinum Sponsor" includes 2 foursomes (which includes dinner) and 8 additional dinner guests - I can't seem to find away to differentiate between those who are being registered to golf and those who are the dinner guests. It's been suggested to split the two registration types but that would be very confusing for our registrants and we think that they wouldn't know to chose multiple sponsorships when registering. Any resolutions or suggestions would be very helpful! Thank you

I never was given a good solution to this issue. I ended up having to follow up with anyone who signed up with a sponsorship with multiple participant types to register them appropriately. Sorry! If you find a better solution keep me posted. Thank you!

I am also struggling with this scenario! Would like to know if/when anyone figures out a clever and simple - for the sponsor! - way to handle.
