Unsubscribe Options

We're adding a weekly newsletter as an option to people who are signed up for our daily tip. When a user unsubscribes from our daily email we'd like to offer the user the ability to sign up for the monthly instead. So we would need to direct them to a page that would unsubscribe them from the daily and add them to the weekly opt-in group.

Has anyone done anything like this with their unsubscribes?
