BBEC Data Purge

Ohio State went live several years ago and it is time to clean up some data - anyone having the same issues ?  Willing to share your purge process/strategy

Michigan is doing some, but not a great deal of purging.   It can hardly be called a strategy but we tend to keep data around and have not had the need yet to be more aggressive on this front.   Here are a couple things we are doing however:

1. The "BB Database Growth Management" process is set up in Prod.
2. BBEC and BBIS error log tables are purged by a custom process that runs weekly
