Is there a way to add a mandatory 'Phone Number' option to the 'Event Ticket Purchase' page?

  • You can do this by adding an additional question in step 7 of the event configuration. You can set the question to be required and you can even have it update the constituent record.

  • I have the same question and we've had this question for a number of years now. We do what you recommend here - make it a "Question" and required. However, it'd be MUCH BETTER for Convio to offer us a distinct field for phone number, one that validates that the input to that field is indeed a 10-digit number.

    I'd like to suggest this as a feature request.
