Storing of internal research for prospecting profiles and GDPR

Hey all,


I was just wondering if anyone in the UK/Europe or works in an international charity (where GDPR is a hot topic these days) has heard anything about the storing of internal prospecting research profiles on Raiser’s Edge. I know that for some prospecting and wealth screening are seen as very controversial in this climate, but if an organisation decides to continue doing this, using publicly available information, what are the thoughts about the storing of this information.


In the past we have used Notepads to do this, but the question then becomes whether or not this information would have to be screened from some Raiser's Edge users and whether or not that would be possible. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions from their organisation's plans/policies or experience, we would greatly appreciate it.
