Need to add country to Address section on account registration page

I need to add "West Bank-Gaza" as a country in the drop-down field under the Address section that people use when registering with our site. Is this something I can do myself? Can anyone help me? It is time sensitive. Thank you!

Your best hope for getting this done really fast is to have a js script run on page-load that adds the option to the country select field. The system would record it as it is entered for the field.

Otherwise you'd have to request that Convio add it to the backend. No idea how easy that is, or long that will take.
