All pledges for a constituent not showing during batch entry

New to RE.  I figured I'll try the forum before contacting blackbaud support.  


So during a bath entry for a pledge payment, I get a popup asking if I want to apply the gift to a pledge.  WHich I do.  However, it only lists the most recent pledge.  The payment is for an older pledge with a balance.  I saved and closed the batch and reported to my supervisor to check it out.  She was able to go in and it lists all pledges for her.  So why won't it list all outstanding pledges for me?  Is this a user priviledges setting? User options?

    I haven't experienced that. I believe you won't have it appear if another user has a payment pending in another batch.

    Doesn't give a great answer but does say to contact support which is not a standard part of the KB solutions so it must be a known issue of some type, IMO.

    I do see this knowledgebase article. Wish I knew a definate answer for you.


    There are outstanding pledges missing when trying to apply a pledge payment in a batch.

    1. In the Apply Gift to Pledge(s) window, click Load Pledge(s) From

    2. Search for the same constituent record


    This will refresh the screen and list all the outstanding pledges for the constituent record.
