Pub Radio needs help pledge drive reporting

Hello All:

New to Convio and have NO IDEA how to watch and access incoming web pledges during a campaign so we can update our totals. Are there any Public Radio stations out there who have a good work around?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Our pledge drive starts next week. This is my panic face: :_|

Hi Maura,

The Transaction Report in Convio will always give you current totals based on transactions that have been donated via Convio each time you run it. It includes a date-time stamp that also allows you to report on donations by hour or within a specified period of time. I suggest downloading the report because it will display more data than what appears on the screen. Attached is a brief document that I previously drafted for another Public Broadcasting client. This process has to be manually repeated each time you want to report on current totals.

The good news is we are also exploring using a new feature called "Data Sync Web Services" to allow you to instantly report on donations with a dashboard type tool. We are still researching the feasibility and scalability of providing the tool but hope to have an update on the progress and availability soon.
