Individual Legislator Contactability Listing - Untrainable

When looking at the contactability list convio provides I notice there are some legislators who are listed as "untrainable" in the web form column. What does this mean? Does it mean convio cannot talk to that person's webform?

Hey Kelly,

You are correct if the form is listed as untrainable this does indicate that the legislator's form couldn't be automatically filled out by our system.

And, to follow up on Andrew's reply, if an end-user maps to a legislator that is "untrainable", they will still get a page containing the action alert message text and link to the legislator's webform, so that the end-user can fill out the "untrainable" legislator's webform manually, if they so desire.
