Hi April! I see this was posted a little while ago. Were you able to customize your form in the way you wanted? Sometimes providing screenshots will allow community members to get a better idea of how to help. If you're still having trouble, would you mind posting screenshots so that we can see what you're working with?

To answer your first question, the giving levels are aligned based on your site CSS. In this case you would need to hire a designer to make the changes you need to the site style sheet.


As for the follow up question, you can enable multiple designations which would allow a user to add multiple donations to the same transactions as long as its a different fund. Based on your screenshot below even if this was accomplished you would not be able to decipher from the RE data if a user picked one "New Life Orientation" for $100 or two "Clothing For The Season" for $50 each/total $100. This is because the label is not transferred to Raiser's Edge, just the amount and the fund.
