Why doesn't search work in Report Writer?

For example, when I search for Team Summary Report (whether or not I use quotes around it), I get reports with other names. Is there a way to do an exact match? We have a very long report list, especially since I learned this week that I have to copy each of our reports individually into each of our (multi) centers so they will display in Event Manager.
