Is it possible to produce a report of all constituents who receive email, have working email addresses, but have not opened an email within a certain date range?

I want to produce a list of those who haven't opened of our emails in the past 90 days.

I think you can get this by creating a Task (Data Management --> Tasks) of "Email Response Rate Segmentation" type, assigning a value of "1" to "Email Opens" and specifying that you want the last 90 days (in the box provided for specifying how far back to go). Then you can update an Engagment Factor with the results, and use the Engagement Factor in a query to pull people who accept email and have good or unknown email status.

Finally, you can use THAT group to create a Mail Merge file.
