I'm assuming you are trying to run Reports > Pledge & Recurring Gifts Reports > Not Paid Report? If so it could be one or more of all the options available in the report.  I would start on tab 1 and carefully look at each of the options: records - is it all records? Gift date - all dates? Or date entered correctly.  Just go through each field, and then go to next tab. Are their filters?  If there really should be more records, somewhere there is a setting/criteria that is excluding them.  If you still can't find it, I suggest contacting support. If they can't walk you through with chat and/or screen shots they may be able to do screen share to find problem.
  • It is confusing because the people that are not showing up have paid a portion of their pledge. Does Raiser's Edge consider the pledge satisfied once a payment has been made? Meaning it is no longer considered unpaid?
  • Hello!  I review outstanding pledges for our team on a monthly basis.  I prefer to run a query so that i can export and manipulate in Excel.  I include all pledge balances >0, last payment date and amount, original pledge date and amount, and pledge balance so that i can review to see who needs to be invoiced or payment.  Not sure if this would work for you, but I prefer this way.  Good luck!

The way I get a report with All Pledges that have outstanding balances is to write a Query that is Pledge Balance equal to or greater than $.01.

I include that query in the Pledge Status Report.  Make sure the dates that are pulled go back as far as your earliest possible outstanding pledge.  You will get them all.

Lindsey, If you look at the definition of the report at the bottom of the screen it says the report is for have not made a payment in a specified period. It is not about balances.  Balances can be found as Beth mentioned using a query.

I like the query and export created by Mail > Reminders.  You can select the date range for pledges, it will show pledge amount, amount paid, amount due, balance.  Just know that the Run Date field is the key here and it is not actually a Run Date but more accurately a Balances as of Date.  It will report any amount due-now and past due-as of that date.  Just click "no" to recording on records and you can run this as often as needed either getting a query or just exporting the data to excel.  This is what I use every month prior to billings to see where constituents are at.

Are you running the "not paid" report or the Pledge Status report? The latter should work for you.

That report gives you who has an outstanding/unpaid INSTALLMENT due during the period specified.  Donors who are up-to-date on their scheduled installments won't show on the report even if they have an outstanding balance.
