Linking from Pagebuilder to a specific location on PDF

Is it possible to link from a pagebuilder page to a specific section of a PDF? Has anyone done this?

You can link to specific page in a PDF like so:

This is what my code looks like

I tired what you said, and it didn't work. Since I am using this PDF five times in this image MAP I wanted to link each section to a different page on the PDF. Is there something I need to add to the PDF as well?
