Issue with Phones and date last changed

We just recently upgraded to RE 7.95.6283 patch 2 and ran across this issue: 'Date Last Changed on all Phone Numbers change to Current date after one is edited".

Located this in Knowledgebase (KB# 99317) and it said patch 3 resolved it.

• Can anyone who is on patch 3 verify that this issue with the phone numbers has actually been resolved with this patch upgrade?
