Gift Batch Set-Up Defaults Issue

Can anyone tell me why extra characters populate when typing a Fund ID in the default tab of the Gift Batch Set-up? For example: When I want to type: FMGNUN as a default, it populates as FMm, then I have to delete the m, then I continue FMGg, then I have to delete the extra g, then FMGNn....etc. This issue began when my organization became hosted. Again, the extra characters are not part of the Fund IDs. This is so inefficient and I'm looking for a resolve.

Thank you for asking this!  I am having the same issue and just haven't had time to try and find an answer..it is very annoying!
