Mobile App crashes when adding an action (iphone)

I have posted this comment in reply to a couple of other posts on these forums, but thought it might deserve it's own topic.  The mobile app seems to crash on the iphone every time someone tries to add an action.  This issue has been known and documented in the Knowledgebase since last October, but there have been no updates made.  This crash unfortunately makes the app almost unusable for our gift officers, who often feel that they will need to go into the system to add their actions anyway.  It's frustrating to see so much of this technology developed to get 95% of the way there, but miss it on the last 5%...
