I was recently sent a backup file from Raisers Edge (.bak) because we are migrating to another software.

Does anyone have any idea on how to open this file or convert it into a csv?

    I would hope this is something your new vendor can help you with.  The file is a SQL database backup file so you'll most likely need to access it using SQL Server, and then export the information from there in whatever format your new software requires.  Converting it into one csv file really isn't an option.
