AUTO-REMIND Slow to Save

When I create an ACTION and select AUTO-REMIND, REMIND, NOTIFY USING - BOTH, the SAVE takes at least one minute rather than seconds as all other saves take. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do to correct it? Very frustrating when you use RE regularly.
