Multiple reply email addresses

Options
We really need to have email replies go to multiple people but the field in the email templates only accepts one email address.  We would love to see this change.

  • Depending on your email service, you can set up a
group and have your email service distribute the replies. For
example, we have replies go to alumni@nmhschool.org. Our
school's email service then distributes those replies to
individuals in our alumni office who handle the responses.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you for your response.  We send out emails from NetCommunity from our president with his email as the reply address.  He wants the replies but obviously doesn't want to give us access to his email.  He aslo didn't want to set up a second, similar email address because the people on the email list would know it was different and not trust it.  We throught through various Outlook functions, but couldn't really come up with anything that would give us access to just the replies from NetCommunity.  Any ideas?
