Switching from iATS to BBMS for credit card processing

Hello, we currently use iATS to process our credit cards in Raisers Edge and Net Community, but are interested in switching to BBMS.  Has any one previously used iATS and then switched to BBMS? What were the pros and cons?  Also, I was wondering if anyone encountered downtime or problems with customers/donors processing their credit cards on-line once they switched to BBMS.  Thanks for your insight!

    We made that switch a couple of years ago and
    it was no problem.  The customers weren’t even aware of the
    switch and it was just a matter of setting up the Merchant info in
    BBNC.

    We also made the switch awhile ago. End users saw no difference.  From a reconciliation perspective however - I prefer BBMS.  All transactions in a date range are deposited together - and on a set schedule. No more separating Discover and AmEx from MasterCard and Visa donations.  The reports for reconciliation are easy to read - and available to download in a readable format.  When I've needed tech support - the BBMS folks have been very helpful.
