Class Agent gift tracking and reporting

I am curious how other schools/organizations report gift information to their Class Agents.  We are currently using an excel spreadsheet that is manually updated after daily gift deposits.  Do you have a customized report that you use?  What do you do to track class participation and giving details for your Class Agents?

If I understand correctly what you are trying to do why don't you just use an attribute on those gifts.  Then you can run a query or gift report based on that attribute.

We have made the class agents a solicitor on the gift. That way you can pull a quick solicitor report for each agent.
