Not able to access relationship record through constituent's relationship tab

Just recently started having a problem that I've never experienced before.  If I click on a constituent's relationship tab and the list is populated, I can no longer double click on the relationship name and bring up that record.  Instead, it acts as if I want to create a new relationship record.  I've been using RE for 7 years and I'm waiting to hear from support but just thought I'd see if anyone else has run into this.  Thanks.

Have not had that problem (we're running 7.93).  Works as you described yours previously did - double clicking opens the existing relationship record.  Always something strange with RE - LOL.


What version of RE are you running?

Mine is working fine. I know that's not helpful ... but, hopefully, it's temporary!

I seem to remember hearing about this same problem AGES ago.  Unfortunately that's all I remember.  I can't remember the solution.

This has happened to me (we are hosted). Somehow it had to do with my profile breaking..somehow. Support can fix it.

I've had the same issue. RE requires me to select the relationship type in order to open the relationship record. I prefered the double click.

Sounds like a hosting issue. I'm on 7.95 and am not having that issue.
